Amy is a Licenced Realtor (with Keller Williams Energy) and also graduated with a Bachelors Degree in 2001, with a focus on Interior Design. She has an understanding of matching the needs of individual lifestyles to house styles and is able to speak to floor plans, renovations, structural elements, and new home builds. Amy consults clients on their decor / design house projects & layouts, has flipped 4 homes, as well as, recently designed and project managed the build of a waterfront home in Northumberland County from start to completion. Her time spent growing up in Durham Region, now living in Northumberland, along with her experience, provides her the ability to strategically market & showcase homes, as well as, understand the demographics and community neighbourhoods. Amy has taken the time to build her network of contractors and other trusted vendors such as mortgage brokers, laywers, insurance brokers, home inspectors, etc. so she can provide full concierge service along with home staging, professional photography, and paid marketing.
