On December 12, 2017, my husband and I broke ground on our home in Alto, NM, which Adam and Jasmyne Rogers, Chandler Builders, are building for us. We met with Jasmyne for the first time during Spring Break in March 2017. We shared ideas that we had gathered from looking at many model homes in the Houston area and told her we wanted "different and unique". On our trip back to Texas, Jasmyne sent a first draft house plan that she had sketched out. We were totally blown away at the vision she had created for us. She is truly gifted. It has only continued to get better from that point. Jasmyne's listening and communication skills are phenomenal and she is extremely professional with a personality that shines. She has been very open to the many changes we have made along the way always with a smile saying "this is what this process is all about". We have met numerous times with Jasmyne since relocating to the Ruidoso area in mid June of 2017. We look forward to working with Jasmyne to see all the awesome ideas she has for our home which will be completed near the end of the year, 2018.

I have found Jasmyne to be a highly talented, very professional, extremely cooperative and a wonderful Building Designer. I have worked with Jasmyne on several custom home plans in 2017 and 2018. While working Building Dept. with the Planning & Zoning Office, I had the opportunity and pleasure to review and approve Jasmyne's very complete submittals that are required by the sometimes extreme environment in which we must build and live. Beautiful designs and professional workmanship. We worked with Jaz for design work and Chandler Builders for Two custom homes and loved the work, attention to detail. Both homes surpassed our expectations so much that my husband and I contracted for the design and building of a third home on a three acre parcel in Alto Golf Estates at the Outlaw. We are due to complete this project early June this year. Stay tuned for photos!

Five Stars....what a joke....it should be TEN Stars!. Jaz is amazing. She stays on top of every wish and detail you dictate or desire. Plus she stays within your budget to keep things real. I have a 40 year old cabin and wanted to update the kitchen without losing the charm. Jasmyne spent time understanding what my vision was and made recommendations that fit my budget. The finished kitchen was just what I hoped for and I was very happy with the final outcome. The cabinets were well constructed and the final outcome was above my expectations. She worked in a very professional manner and met all final deadlines. I would highly recommend her and appreciate the time and efforts she spent on our behalf.
