I hired Jessica to help me redesign a room that would become my office and a "hangout room". She is great at envisioning things that I couldn't quite see myself and pulling everything together. She has great taste and is awesome at understanding your needs, desires, and style! I have also hired her to help me design my kitchen. We have only just begun, but she has some cool ideas and a solid network in Central Florida. I can't wait until it all comes together!!! On top of everything, Jessica is a BLAST to work with!

We hired Jess for a unique design contest with a tight budget and a 2 week timeline. She was designing/decorating one of our vacation rentals. She gave us everything we wanted!! We only had a few guidelines for her and then she had creative freedom to make the place an amazing retreat for our guests. We wanted a functional, authentic and relaxing space and she delivered. We came back to her 3 months later with a little more money for her to invest in the unit. We also had her touch up some of our other units. They needed a few more decorative touches that the previous budget wouldn't allow. She blew us away - we couldn't be happier with the results!

As a REALTOR I understand the power of interior design, but as your typical man I have no idea what the hell I am talking/looking/thinking about. Jess came over to my home office, enjoyed a cup of joe with me (thanks for gracing me with your presence) and started doing what she does best, running the show. She blew my mind with her ideas and helped me get an idea of what my office can and eventually will look like. She put together a 3 different drawings for me which really helped my brain figure out the potential of my office. I will be using those drawings to pull permits and conduct the work on my own #DIY #toomuchHGTV. Thanks Jess, you ROCK!

I assisted Jessica while she was working on the Pizza Gallery in Viera. It was amazing to see her vision come to life. I have worked with many designers and I have never seen someone be so hands on with a project. She really upgraded the space to be so modern and chic. Jessica worked really hard to stay within budget and was great at problem solving. She was also great at listening to the clients needs and adjusting her design to highlight not only what she envisioned, but what the clients felt comfortable with. Very great person to work with

After living in our house for three years, going through a major renovation was what we thought would be the hardest part. However, then it came to the painstaking task of decorating. Should we do this or that...where should this be hung, why is this so hard? We even thought of selling the house thinking this 70's house renovation will never take shape. At this point, we decided to look for a decorator and shopped three separate ones. We enjoyed Unite Design's owner's charismatic nature on interview. Jessica took notes, measurements, and listened to us try to describe a single style of what we liked from our 8 past furnished rentals, mixed with our own personal interest...it was a mess. I didn't think she would ever pull anything helpful from our discussion. Unite design picked paintings, rugs, furniture, chairs, chandeliers, and lamps. On top of this, they incorporated our few items we had already bought. We discussed blinds, then next we know, we had an appointment with a blind company at our house. A timeline was set and met. We set up a weekend where we left the house and Unite came in and hung shelves and paintings, assembled chairs, placed rugs and put together the entire decorative package with many things never seen by us (but price tags in place in case we didn't like). When we entered the house, I realized HGTV does exist in brevard. It is called Unite design. Our house has been transformed into this amazing place! I cannot believe tasteful decor would make such a difference.

Working with Jessica on this project was so much fun! We transformed the space into a true "home" for the clients, adding warmth and coziness, while also making everything family friendly for their two young children. We combined what they already owned and purchased what they needed to make the space come alive. The clients' completely positive reaction after the project was finished made it all worth it - they love their home and love getting compliments from family and friends now!

Jessica was a pleasure to work with on our Petelle residence project in Cocoa Beach Florida. She was polite and respectful of our construction schedule and worked with us to integrate her interior design into our construction responsibilities. Unlike most interior designers, Jessica has a great understanding of the construction side of the job. She uses those skills to implement a beautiful and constructable project for her clients thus avoiding change orders which saves them time and money. Our client on the Petelle project loved the final look and feel of her home that Jessica designed.
