Perthshire Based Interior Design Studio Offering a Range of Services
Blaven Interiors was established in January 2023 after a few years of study and practice! Our design studio is based in Perthshire, Scotland but serves all of Central Scotland including Edinburgh and Glasgow and the surrounding areas. We specialise in renovations and architect collaborations for your build but we also love single room transformations! We offer a range of services to suit your needs from full service interior design to hourly consultations and E-Design where applicable. Our focus is to help save you time and money with assisting with planning, budgeting and sourcing the right products and services. It's really important to us that your finished room(s) reflect your personality and life experiences, a big part of the process is getting to know you and what you like, even if you aren't sure yourself. Cat @ Blaven Interiors worked closely with my family and I in restoring a tired looking flat into a beautiful living space. Her priority was getting to know what our ideas where in terms of colour, designs and furniture. Cat was a pleasure to work with and she put in a lot of time and attention to details in ensuring the final design was an aesthetically appealing space. She was working within a budget and what most impressed me was all the beautifully framed art pieces in all the rooms that added so much to the overall decor.

Catherine @ Blaven interiors was a joy to work with. She listened attentively to my ideas throughout the process. What I loved about her approach is she made it a priority to find out where my inspiration was coming such as from my travels and also from objects I had already collected over the years in my home. From this she was able to create a mood board that was spot on. Catherine also has a great eye for the finer details and got me thinking about these details which made a huge difference in the end. I also loved how she had a solution to everything especially with storage and lighting solutions. Cat was also able to help with bigger decisions with my choice of flooring when I found it hard to visualise it myself. Thank you Cat for your time and enthusiasm, you have made my home such a beautiful place to spend time in.

Cat at Blaven Interiors was really helpful in guiding and helping to us understand what we were trying to achieve. She skilfully drew out our preferences and distilled our thoughts producing the correct colour palettes, materials and styling which were all brought together to achieve a new stylish living space.

Cat was excellent and her knowledge and expertise turned our house into a home! Cat listened to our own ideas and incorporated them into her own creative plans, respecting our needs. I can not recommend Cat enough, if wasn’t for Cat I’d still be sat here looking at paint colours being indecisive and making no progress!

Cat was amazing from start to finish. She thought of things I would never think of, gave amazing advice and reigned me in when needed. She has a fantastic eye for colour and how to make the best use of every space available. I knew roughly what I wanted but am 100% sure it would not have turned out as it did without her help. I think I would have made expensive mistakes and not ended up with the finished product I have got. It’s perfect. From initial ideas to sourcing items and materials Cat was fantastic and I cannot recommend her highly enough.
