I met Chelsea as I was walking around. She introduced herself and asked if she could help with anything. I had purchased a dining room set many years ago, and this experience was wonderful. She not only listened to what I was interested in, but respected the amount of money I wished to invest in my purchase. After I decided on the pieces I was interested in, we discussed fabrics. We chose some different ones for the couch and chair, but I still wasn't sure. Chelsea suggested coming to my home to see how the furniture would fit in the room. She arranged to visit my home that evening after finishing work. She arrived right on time. She brought all the sample fabrics and several others she thought might work. We eventually picked the ones I wanted and added another chair and large ottoman to the mix. A day later I came back to the store and she helped me pick out a rug to co-ordinate with the furniture. Then a few days after that I called to add a matching ottoman for one of the chairs. She is delightful to work with and very bubbly, but always professional. I absolutely love how my living room has turned out. So do my family and friends. She took me out of my comfort zone and showed me how beautiful the room would look. Unfortunately, I don't know how to download my pictures, but they are great.

Chelsea was our design consultant from Ethan Allen. She did a great job with helping us pick our bed frame, bedding and pillows for our new bed. She was patient, professional, thorough, and worked with our design taste. She even came out to our house twice with samples! We love our bed—she put everything together nicely and “uniquely” (which I would never think would match). I would wholeheartedly trust Chelsea to help with other future projects. It was a true pleasure to work with her.
