FACILITATOR in addition to my creative input I am also available to oversee the implementation of the project. Daily communication between the homeowner and the trades (Contractors) is critical for a successful outcome. I am a communicator, facilitator, coordinator between the homeowner and the contractors, making sure that the needs and desires of the homeowner are met. No second guessing or assumptions on the part of the contractor. Meeting with the trades on site to go over the job is second nature to me and I enjoy the interaction.
Landscaping. Just bought a house with no landscaping or overgrown landscaping against the house. Most people do not address the space outside the house. It affects the visual impact of the house when you drive up and also the property value. In the back, the yard is part of the house 8 months out the year. It can be your living room, kitchen, play and entertainment area. My experience in landscaping; trees both planting and moving, driveways, electronic entrance gates or small garden gates, storage sheds that visually fit into the landscape, Patios, walls, screened in porches, pools, tennis courts lighting, flower beds. What are your needs and desires?
