We did not work directly with Ms. Nicol. Her client, with whom we as a company contracted, was happy with her work in advising them on design decisions on their kitchen renovation project.

I highly recommend Charlene to help anyone that needs guidance in selecting furniture. She was very patient with me as I decided my arrangement of living room furniture. After it was all said and done, I am 100% in love with it! She has a very easy going personality and was not "high-pressure" as some sales personnel can be.. I am now in the market to purchase furniture for my guest bedroom, and I'll be requesting Charlene to help me with the project,

I was privileged to work with Charlene Nicol, Desgn Consulant with Ethan Allen in Peachtree City, Georgia for about 13 months. I built a new home in a 55+ Active Community, and of coure had dificulities in downsizing from a larger home to smaller one. After trying to fit my funniture in, I gave up and sought help! I really feel lucky that Charlene was there the day I went to the store in desperation! She came to my home and helped me develop a plan within my budget that allowed me keep some pieces my furniture and replace others with new pieces to fit the scale of my room. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and I have recommended her to several new home owners in my community.

Charlene Nicol was the designer who met us and listened to our needs. While we had an idea of what we wanted we needed a professional who could find the right colors, patterns and pieces to tie it all together. Charlene put a design board together that showed us how the pieces would complement each other. The ordering process was easy and Charlene kept us updated on orders and delivery.
