About Us

Cynthia is truly a New England interior designer who creates classic interiors with a modern touch. She began her career studying in Boston, MA and then working for one of Boston’s leading design firms, Bierly-Drake Associates. She specializes in residential and small offices and has completed many wonderful projects on the seacoast, lakes region and Boston. She is an Allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers, a certified window treatment consultant and keeps herself updated with attending informative trade seminars.

My wife and I hired Cynthia to remodel our kitchen and we’re so happy we did. We started with a completely gutted room, sink and all. Cynthia is attentive, patient, and extremely creative. She skillfully managed the construction process from beginning to end eliminating the headaches that come with a renovation. We love our “showcase” kitchen.

We hired Cynthia to guide us though a kitchen and living room refresh/update of our 30 year old colonial garrison house. Her advice was absolutely fantastic. Cynthia came highly recommended to us by a family member. The very first project on our to do list after moving into our new home was to update the great room/family room to provide us with a fresh look that would be inviting to everyone. Cynthia was amazing from the very start as she took the time to hear our needs and visions without being afraid to introduce us to options we may never have otherwise thought of. Cynthia worked around our schedule meeting with us weekly to show us samples of fabrics, rugs, window treatments etc. Although she was never opposed to going back to the drawing board her picks were typically right on the mark making the entire process that much easier. Most importantly, Cynthia was sensitive to our budget and got us the most for our money helping guide us in areas where we could cut cost and where investment would be worthwhile (particularly bearing in mind we have a 4 year old boy!) Cynthia is clearly committed to her work and I can't wait to eventually hire her for future updates!
