My wife and I bought a vacation rental property and needed some design expertise getting it furnished and set up. We were able to go over what styles we liked and she was able to come up with a design that we love and most importantly our tenants love to. Carol was great to work with. She handled everything for us so we could just show up and relax.

Carol completely decorated our new construction condo in AZ. She worked with us long distance: her in Arizona and us in Missouri. First she sent us a detailed list of items needed to make up each room of the house with estimated prices. Then we went over the list with Carol and told her what we did and did not want and which items we wanted to spend more or less on. She asked detailed questions about our style and color likes/dislikes. Carol went to work finding items that were perfect for our contemporary tastes. She even found a local artist to paint custom works for each room of our condo. We did spend many hours looking at furniture, bedding, rugs, lamps, etc. at various on-line sites that Carol directed us to. And usually did this with her on the phone getting our feedback as we shopped. Smaller items were delivered to her address for inspection. She decided that the living room rug would not look good with our colors and she returned it. And then she found a rug that we loved even more. Carol visited the condo during construction, attended the closing and then moved every item in; unpacked, washed and put away all items, and made the beds. She also cleared out all of the boxes and packing material. Even the artwork was delivered and hung! When we arrived, we only needed to open our suitcases to settle in. She did not stop working until we were 100% satisfied with every item. Carol was worth every penny of her modest fee.

DeRegis Designs provided a full house decorating design and completion for me prior to listing my home for vacation rental. Carol worked a miracle!! She took a completely empty 5000 square foot home and completed the design work, purchasing, delivery and set up of everything...furniture, artwork, rugs, kitchen and bathroom items, etc. The amazing part was that she was able to accommodate my wishes to have the home completed for a family holiday celebration, and did it all in TWO WEEKS. Everyone that comes through the home raves at how beautifully it is decorated and compliments us on the choice of fun colors. We did not want plain, boring for our rental...we wanted to express the house as a "home" and Carol was able to capture this perfectly.
