The customer service has been less than desirable and the response time is lacking. One of the services we received was the installation of plantation shutters. A couple of the shutters were installed lopsided at the bottom, causing direct contact with the windowsill. This resulted in water damage from window condensation in the winter. We had the same window treatments installed properly in other rooms and have experienced no issues. The Hunter Douglas brand is very nice, however I would use another retailer.

I hired Fresh Twist to upgrade a condominium owned by my mother. The main design consultant was Chrissy Brown. I would highly recommend Chrissy and Fresh Twist and hope to use them on a future project. They offered many different ideas and suggestions and were patient in explaining the various options. The project was kept within the budget and time frames that were set and we were always informed of the current status of the work. Their contractors were efficient, on time, and the work quality was excellent. The completed job met all of our expectations.

She did a great job of working of blending both my husbands and my style. She has a great eye for pulling things together and adding just the right colors and furniture to showcase a room. I found Fresh Twist Windows through Houzz and collaborated with Betty on several projects for my clients in the Chicago area. Betty always has great ideas and a huge wealth of knowledge when it comes to fabrics and hardware. Most importantly, she respects my clients' budgets and tries very hard to find a solution that works and does not compromise aesthetic or quality. The finished product is extremely well crafted and we always get tons of compliments for the windows she has dressed. Will continue to work with Betty in the future!

Fresh Twist provided our all our window treatments for our new home. Betty did an amazing job guiding us to each type for each room based on our budget and style. We selected plantation shutters for the family room, kitchen nook and powder room, black out cordless Hunter Douglas shades for all the bedrooms. Currently we are working on selecting drapes for the family room, kitchen and dining room to finish out the design. Pricing was competitive, install was seamless and her entire team did a fantastic job! Can't wait to see how the custom drapes turn out.
