Priscilla Ertel with Haven+Harbor was wonderful to work with. Priscilla helped me immensely with my renovation. As I told her, I was not born with the ability to put things together and have it look good. I have zero confidence in my abilities. But that’s where Priscilla came in. She helped me make selections while keeping me within my budget. I actually found myself gaining more confidence in choosing what I liked with her help. She told me, “I won’t let you choose something that won’t look good.” She and her team member Annika were responsive, professional, efficient, and always on time, if not early. My husband and I recently completed a whole house renovation on a fixer upper we bought and Priscilla at Haven + Harbor provided design consulting services for us. Over the course of several months she worked with us to transform a dated 1950s home into our dream home. From day one she was attentive - listening to our needs and vision while being mindful of our budget. She also brought so many unique ideas to the table that helped us create functional and beautiful spaces that also aligned with our style. Priscilla was also an outstanding project manager and problem solver, which was critical for us with so many moving parts to our renovation and worked well with our contractors. She always asked the right questions and was always prepared with a plan B—anticipating our needs even before we had them. Her wealth of knowledge, resourcefulness, industry connections and attention to detail saved us time and money on many occasions, even catching things that contractors overlooked at times. And most importantly she was down to earth, reliable, fair, generous, honest and compassionate. This was the first time I ever worked with a designer and it was an amazing experience. I’d work with her and her design assistant Annika (who was also amazing) again in a heartbeat. She was a blessing to us and I’m sure she will be to you as well.

Haven and Harbor would get 10 stars if that was an option! Our space was very open & they helped to not only create different living spaces, but with such beauty! With two kids under two, it was important that the design worked for our family .. and in our budget. The communication with Haven and Harbor exceeded my expectations and we truly enjoyed every second of the design process. This was my first experience with a designer and the bar is set high … I will be a repeat customer again & again!
