I have used Denise 3 x 2 were for staging jobs and 1 time for my forever home. The 2 staging jobs were so good i almost didnt want to sell ! And wandered why i had not arranged these homes in that way for our own pleasure. The market has been hot but staging with Denise put my properties at the top end 1 sold in 2 days the other before it went to market ! We used Denise to stage our home prior to its selling and I can not speak highly enough about the transformation in the before and after! I really liked how she used as much of our furniture as she could and added her pieces to make it cohesive. I was impressed by her efficiency in the initial walk through and on the day of staging. Denise is friendly and personable on top of being a talented designer. In fact, we valued her expertise so much that we will be using her in our new home!

Upon becoming empty nesters I was looking for professional help to either prepare my house for sale or make our home more usable and comfortable. Denise listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve before proposing changes and direction. By simply changing the function of some of the rooms Denise gave us a more usable and sensible space. Her recommendation of replacing flooring to one style has also enhanced the look incredibly. She gave me many furniture and lighting options to determine my preferences and then helped choose pieces that work together. Her presence in stores helped me very much in making decisions that were still personal to me. She gently nudged me out of my comfort zone into something much more fun and beautiful. As a result I now have a show-place that is also a very comfortable and functional home. Denise also dealt with the trades in a professional and firm manner - which I really appreciated. The budget was watched carefully and I was given the option to exceed it if I wanted to (which I did). Denise was by far my best investment in this reno. I now love to come home. Denise's next project is to help my daughter love her home too and I have every confidence she will make it happen!

This is the second time I've worked with Denise - she is incredibly talented. We are doing a fairly large renovation this time including the basement and main floor, and she gives me confidence. She is great at helping us create the look and style that captures our personalities. She has an amazing sense of colour and somehow always gets it right whether it's paint colours, fabrics or flooring. Denise is by far one of the most professional people we have dealt with. We had a flood in our home this past year and we decided to re do the whole house.
