Jeanne Upton Interiors

Jeanne helped us design our kitchen, Library and family room which included all finishes, built ins and furniture. It was a long project but she was always willing to come check on the progress and able to support us through the many decisions we had to make in order for our house to become a home. Our budget was not bottomless. Jeanne was very patient and understanding of our need to spread out our decorating purchases. She has access to many resources such as experts at the Boston Design Center, artists and the ability to "find" the perfect accent for our walls or bookcases. Jeanne has a great eye and understanding of color. Our down stairs flows beautifully from one room to the next. When people come to our home they always comment how open and peaceful it feels. Jeanne also repurposed an old wing chair that had sentimental value to us. She wanted us to paint the wood on the chair and cover it with a funky fabric. I was scared to do this but trusted her and every day that chair makes me smile because it is the perfect accent to our room! Simply, the woman has great taste! She has been a great advocate for us and has become a friend too. From time to time she will email us with pictures of beautiful rooms to inspire us to embark on the next house project!
