Jo is the best designer I know. She made my home perfect! Jo helped me to choose all the fabrics, color and details only with the pictures and layout of my house. It was an piece of art.

We recently built a new home and needed help with furniture to match our contemporary and modern styles. She spent the time getting to know us and our style and taking trips to our home. She would give her recommendations on what would look good in the space but would never push us to make a decision just because she liked it. Jo has helped us with a few projects in our home. She is easy to speak with and is a good listener. She takes into account needs as well as style and themes. She did a great job helping us incorporate new pieces of furniture into our large living room area as well as new furniture for our family room. She really does a good job and is very attentive to her customers' needs.

Even though my projects have not been very big, the difference between Jo and previous designers I've worked with is night and day! Jo has done the following: 1) Expressed interest in my taste and design preferences and worked to incorporate them into her suggestions. 2) Jo never pressured me to buy 'extra' items for commission - she focused on what I asked for and made me feel she wanted me to be happy with the result and selections. 3) Jo stayed in communication with me on my order status. 4) Jo made numerous trips to my house to ensure selections would work with existing pieces in my rooms and told me she wanted things to look perfect for me. 5) Jo was very friendly to work with. 6) Jo gave me feedback based on what worked within the 'rules' of design, while still helping me stick to the look I asked for. 7) Jo went out of her way to find alternate fabric sources in Dallas to get me the 'right' fabrics, even for something small versus just trying to sell me what they had at Ethan Allen.
