Jody stepped in to help me when a water leak destroyed my kitchen, plus the interior paint and wood floors throughout my home. She helped to find all subcontractors and was there every day making sure the job was going as planned and to her quality standards. Her designs are beautiful and she knows all the best resources to work within your budget (and stay there). My husband and I could not be more pleased with the finished product. When we were ready to start our renovation/redecoration project we knew we needed help. We were very fortunate to find Jody DeLuca Designs in Darien, CT. This was our first experience working with an interior designer/decorator and would use Jody again in a heartbeat. Jody was a delight to work with because of her personality, experience and knowledge, sense of style and knowing what’s trending. Jody is conscious of your budget and knows where it is worth spending the extra money and where to save money. What would have been an overwhelming experience for us, Jody narrowed the choices so making the selections were quick and painless. Jody and her assistant, Sarah, and her subcontractors were excellent, neat and cleaned up before leaving. Jody kept the project running smoothly so we just ended up waiting for delivery of some furnishings. The completed project exceeded our expectations for a light and bright space and added storage with transitional finishes and furnishings. We highly recommend Jody DeLuca Designs.

Jody and her team are top notch! I woke up in mid-April and decided to move ahead with an extensive kitchen/family room remodel (inc. structural changes) that had to be done over the summer. Jody had a can do attitude from the start. It was a tight time frame but Jody and her team accomplished it, including a refinish of all of the floors in our house, by the time school started. Jody managed every facet of the renovation with her skilled and professional team. Jody understood our goals for the space and my design asthetic and executed it to perfection. Jody is a skilled designer with very reasonable fees that will give you more for your money.

Jody DeLuca and her team are awesome! I moved from NYC to Stamford and because of Jody, things ran smoothly. Not being able to be here everyday, I knew I had to trust someone to get things done. Jody worked within my budget and always found solutions to my worries. Her contractor that she works with is also wonderful. Jerry is professional, honest, and an artist. All of her colleagues are great and as a picky, anxious, New Yorker she calmed my nerves and kept a positive attitude when I lost mine. When I was not able to be around for a delivery, Jody had it covered. Jody has a great eye and knows how to put a room together. She has the unique ability to join her creativity with your vision. Don't think about hiring Jody- just do it! And by the way, I don't give positive reviews to just anyone.

We renovated 3 full bathrooms and one powder room. We also built a custom closet in the master bedroom to match an existing shared closet. We also redecorated the master bedroom using paint, wallpaper, window treatments and all new furniture and wall hangings. We really enjoyed working with Jody because she made it fun! She never pushed her designs or ideas on us, instead she listened, learned and the presented lots of options. She was extremely patient with us when we often could not make up our minds...and decided to return our master bathroom hardware 2 times! She is multi-talented and so easy to get along with. Her pricing is extremely reasonable. I would recommend her to anyone.

Jody is great! She is creative, works with you on your existing items, and suggests ways to update your look. She has a great eye with color, sizing (of furniture, rugs, etc.) and design. She is also very flexible and responsive. She offers a range of options, depending on your goal for the room.

A minor change to a room that I then turned into a big project. What I most liked about Jody is a quality that is hard to uncover when researching decorators. I do extensive research before hiring someone so I knew before I hired her she was knowledgeable, great worth ethnic, great eye, professional, met deadlines but what she did most for me with the project was not spending my money needlessly. Every time we chose a fabric or rug we spoke about how "livable" it was for me and my family and if it made sense to put money into something that I would not get the value back. Once we developed a look she gave me options to choose from and guidance to help me achieve the look I wanted. She has an amazing eye and never got flustered every time I changed my mind her mantra was "it always can be fixed" Jody does what you hope everyone you hire would do - respects your money while delivering exceptional results.

Ideal Tile of Stamford

We have collaborated with Jody on numerous projects, both traditional and contemporary. Her tile and stone selections are always fantastic. Her excellent sense of style and expertise are apparent in the completed designs. We have worked on many bathrooms and kitchens together over the years. She recently completed a marble foyer for a client. We were able to help source the marble. Her team designed and installed the marble pattern to create a stunning entryway.
