Ordered 9 sets of faucets for a whole house renovation. They look wonderful, however that's where it stopped. The thread on the shower head and tub spouts thread would not fit a standard FPT 1/2 inch fitting. One of the bases of the kitchen faucet would not screw in. The to crown everything, non of the faucets came with any installation instructions that it has taken me a while to figure out how to undo the bathtub faucet handles to install them ..... this I found out by accident. I emailed July 3, only after sending another email did they respond July 9th to say that they had sent the info to the manufacturer. The emails to them included images of each of the faucets, plus a description of what the problem is. I then received a response July 15 asking for images of the faucets - remember these had already been sent. The July 17 I get the following email from their customer service: "I have just attached 2 photos about the install parts of the faucets. Our factory said that we don't have the parts such as you send. Our parts are all as here as the photos. So could you pls check it again?? And then send all the parts which you received?? So that we can have a check and better service for you.Ok?? Thanks for your great understanding!" Really !!!!!! So this time I used their images, superimposed my images, added more comments and sent them back ..... by this time I was hopping mad! You can guess what I had to say. So I requested that I needed a response back by July 20 ..... Well it is now July 21 and no response. That's 18 days and no resolution. Not only have they not sent me installation instructions, but they have not solved my issues. My project is now fallen a week behind and I am making other plans and using other faucets. I plan to contact my credit card company to lay a claim against Jolly Home. Further they will never get my business again.

Bad service: I paid for 16 lamps and after that they contacted me to let me know that they didn't have what I paid for and they explained me that it would be better to cancel everything. They said they would give me my money back immediately and after that I couldn't reach anyone for almost 15 days. They finally I got my money in my account.
