We highly recommend Kate Savitch Design! Kate designed our master bathroom, including floor plan, tile selection, counter and cabinetry selection, and helped us choose all of the other colors, textures and fixtures. Kate helped us with shopping for materials and worked closely with our contractor to ensure that her design would be built correctly. We saved a huge amount of time thanks to Kate's work. We are really pleased with our bathroom and can't wait to hire her for our next project.

Working with Kate was a dream! She helped me narrow down my goals and desired style and function for my space before coming up with a gorgeous plan to re-do my main living room. Kate was lovely to chat with, responded quickly, noticed the details and was mindful of my budget. Her designs were beautiful, functional, detailed and layered - and a perfect execution of what I had haphazardly described to her. Kate is fantastic! She is professional and personable. Her designs were exactly what I had talked her about. She listened and delivered a thorough and organized layout of her design ideas. I loved it all. Kate is always willing to answer questions or put together last minute design elements if needed. She planned out a new floor plan for my house and helped me finish up plans for my kitchen remodel. I was trying to do it on my own but there is just too much out there and I quickly got lost and couldn’t make up my mind. Kate helped pull it all together and introduced new ideas that reflected my taste.

Kate has an incredible eye for what a space can be and how that space should match the client’s personality. She helped lay out a variety of options and directions while ensuring I stayed within the guardrails. She managed to lay out options that I would have never considered by clearly articulating how different colors, textures, and styles can be woven together for a unified look throughout the home. She unified classic concepts with modern style in a way I had not seen before. She also did this with a certain efficiency - she listened to what I wanted but wasn’t afraid to gently push back when it felt like we were straying too far from my initial vision or beginning to head down a path that would not be financially feasible. I would highly recommend for your next project!

Kate was incredible to work with – she was quick to respond, thoughtful in her communication, and offered invaluable insights into our project. Sometimes, my clients think they can "diy" a project (sometimes *I* think I can "diy" a project), but I cannot stress enough how valuable Kate's work was to us. She took what likely would have been a nice-try-diy and turned it into a beautiful interior + exterior refresh of our community building. I'll post pictures once available! When we felt stuck, Kate helped us re-imagine our 1985 home. Her designs were beautiful, leaning into the style of the house while bringing it into the 21st C. Her designs also considered how we live and move in our house and what our priorities are. Best of all, she actually saved us a lot of money compared to our original remodel plans! Kate is incredibly talented, personable, responsive, and fun to work with!
