I hired Katherine to do a couple of smaller jobs and have always been impressed by her exceptional taste as well as her willingness to work within a budget. She does an excellent job organizing a space and picking out fabrics and furniture to go with existing pieces you wish to keep. Katherine also helped me pick out paint colors and I was more than pleased with the outcome. We built a home and hired Katherine to help us with the design and layout of the home, consultation with the builder and interior design. She is knowledgable in all aspects of the building process and we couldn't have managed the selection of materials without her! She was able to mix our traditional pieces of furniture with modern fun furniture to make our home both comfortable and chic. We love out home and it's due in large part to Katherine's expertise.

Katherine Connell is a world class decorator. I have hired decorators in Roanoke Virginia, NYC, Toronto, and Cleveland and Katherine is one of the best - if not the best I have ever worked with. She decorates to reflect her clients tastes. I have several friends who have used her and she has been able to give each of us our own very distinct look. Her sophisticated and modern Southern style is on trend without being trendy. While she uses the most beautiful fabrics and resources she always tries to provide you with different price points. She is amazing with picking paint colors and has helped me update my 15 year old home by choosing lighting fixtures and carpeting, finding key pieces of new furniture and reupholstering some of my tired pieces. She has also made gorgeous curtains for 7 rooms in my home, as well as, remade a pair of beloved ones for my daughter's room. The best part of working with Katherine is her down to earth, unassuming style which makes her a listener and easy to work with. I have worked with Katherine for over a period of 5 years now and there have been no unpleasant surprises - she and her very talented staff run a highly efficient business.
