I have been working with Knilans for two years as we redo each room in my home. The quality of the furniture is exceptional. And so is the staff! Designer, Becky Curtis, has tuned in to my style and with her guidance, I am finally overjoyed with each space we have completed. Opertions Manager, Jessi Lane, is on top of everything. She has tracked shipments, managed my billings, set up deliveries and overall made each purchase run smoothly from order to delivery! And speaking of delivery....what a great delivery crew! Nice, careful, willing to move things for us, hang purchased photos, and always with a smile, and tips of proper care of the upholstery or any of the furniture we have selected. I couldn't ask for more.
