I am a certified, freelance interior decorator. My goal is to create spaces for clients that will be enjoyed, as well as admired - spaces that bring a sense of peace and comfort while providing function and livability. When I'm not decorating or creating inspiration boards, I enjoy reading, traveling with my family and spending time at home with our dogs and my pet bunny. A lifelong passion, decorating is a creative outlet that allows me to update, rearrange, organize or transform any space into a more functional, comfortable, and alluring place to be. When re-decorating a room or home, I like to start by reimagining a space with furnishings and decor that are already there. My rule is to never get rid of anything until a project is complete. Rearranging and repurposing are what I live for! When it's time for something new, color and style should not only reflect your own personality, it should inspire you. A well-planned environment makes us feel happy, motivated, and healthy.

My wife and I decided to completely change the color scheme in our house - from boring tan/beige/brown to exciting gray! We were nervous about picking a set of colors to use that would work well with the new tile and granite we were putting in, along with existing hardwood flooring that we were not changing. Larie helped us understand how colors work together, which would complement the tile and granite we picked, etc. She helped us narrow down to a palette of four colors that we will use throughout the house to paint walls, ceilings, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, and trim. We feel confident that the end result is going to be exactly what we're hoping for - a more modern and stylish look. Larie's knowledge and experience were exactly what we needed!
