My husband and I went to Ethan Allen to look at sofas. Within three and a half hours, we ended up choosing sofa, meeting Lenny the designer who then came to our home to help us choose fabric. We went back to store and completed our purchase which included a beautiful leather chair as well. Lenny is a brilliant designer who understands color and design. If you go to Burlington store, ask for Lenny. He is the best.

Ethan Allen has been our go-to furniture store for well-made, stylish pieces for over 15 years, but my husband and I had never used the services of a design consultant there (or anywhere) before. Our home is small, so we are very aware of space and always seek better ways to make good use of what we have while maintaining a style that fits who we are, not necessarily where we live. Lenny approached us in the store when he saw us eyeing random chairs and ottomans and made some subtle suggestions that made us re-think not only our plan for the chair but the plan for the entire room. We were happy to have his full attention and commitment, even though we suspected our conundrum of furnishing our "addition" (a 16x14 room) was not one faced by his usual client base. He came to the house to measure and speak with us some more and then we met at the store to discuss fabrics and review a computerized rendering of the room as he saw it, which simply blew us away. We never would have chosen one of the fabrics he chose and had to think about it twice, but that chair/ottoman is the crowning glory of our home now, no doubt about it. Lenny's vision was matched by his ability to assess in minutes who we were and what our risk tolerance was--a combination we greatly appreciated and will continue to appreciate as we lounge in our new favorite room, made far more accommodating and inviting because of Lenny.

Lenny Santamaria was the design consultant for the purchase of my living furniture at Ethan Allen in Burlington. He is a true professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took my basic concept for the look I wanted to achieve and magically transformed into the most amazing result. For my window treatments, he's vision was brilliant and the entire experience has been fabulous for me. He has my highest recommendation.

I enjoyed working with Lenny very much. He is professional yet easy to talk with. He listened carefully to my ideas and used his expertise to explain to me what would and would not work. When the room was complete, it was as I envisioned plus much more.
