Kamila was a pleasure to work with - the remodel was effortless for me as she handled both planned and unplanned issues with the least impact! She listened to what I wanted and created a space that was better than I hoped for. She took the extra time and effort to find more economical ways to give me what I wanted (for example, a ton of legwork to find a remnant of countertop for an addition to match my current countertop rather than just buying a whole slab). We had a wonderful experience remodeling our master suite and guest bath with Kamila at Level Up Design. After looking at her portfolio online, we were very excited to meet her. Her design style was exactly what we had envisioned. After meeting and discussing our needs and wants, she designed the most amazing render of the spaces. Kamila has a stunning design sense but is also very practical. She wants to make sure the choices will work for your family's everyday life. During the project, she was available anytime we needed her and frequently stopped by to check on the progress. Kamila truly was a pleasure to work with. We are so happy with our final design results and couldn't have done it without her! We'll be calling her again for our next project : )

Level Up Design was the best part of our major renovation. From the moment we inquired about services, Kamila wanted to know everything about us; our life style, our day to day living and what was most important to us. She used all of those details to design a home that FIT all of our needs and exceeded all expectations for what we thought we wanted out of our renovation. Kamila’s relationship with one of the best Contractors lead our project to flow seamlessly the entire time. She is on site often seeing that your vision becomes reality. Her eye for detail is so incredible and she makes the selection process for all of the finishes so simple AND she helps keep you on budget!! She picked up the phone anytime we called and made us feel like we were her only client when in reality she had many clients/projects (much much larger that ours) going on at the same time! Level Up Design is beyond a 5+++ star company. If you don’t hire Kamila for your project you’re really missing out on your homes full potential!

So 2 major factors: 1) this was my first time using a designer for a renovation project before so I wasn’t fully sure what was involved or not and 2) my master bathroom was “illegally” renovated by the previous owners, no permits or inspections and no where close to code. So I needed a professionals help badly to get this done right and looking amazing, that’s where Kamila enters. I found Kamila and got in touch with her to see if she would be interested in doing the job and seeing what was involved. She was interested and made it clear right away what her availability was, and such which I appreciated. She came to my house and looked at the what I was looking to have renovated and also what my likes were, must have features, and what I was flexible on. She only works in tandem with Rainier Inc regarding contractors who are another 5 star experience. To say my expectations were met would be putting it lightly, my expectations were completely blown away and the final product was beyond my expectations and what I could picture in my head. The entire experience with Kamila and LEVEL UP was 5++ stars and I never once felt worried, nervous or even I would have to point out things to the sub contractors as both Kamila and Rainier were 3 steps ahead of me every second. It felt like a let down now using any company for anything even when it’s a good experience after having the experience I’ve had with LEVEL UP. I am absolutely going to be using them for future renovations, recommending them to anyone. Do you want some who respects you, your time, opinions, tastes, money and home? LEVEL UP Design is the one then.

When looking for a design and contractor duo, look no further than Rainier Inc. and Level Up Design. Originally, we had planned to try to and find subcontractors ourselves and plan out the work for our full home interior renovation, but that became a massive undertaking and quickly became overwhelming with our current schedules. We had no experience picking the correct matching pieces in design, figuring out functionality for each space, and no clue on what order to do what with construction. These 2 companies work very well side by side and is almost preferred for any project you do. They were able to match our budget perfectly and the styles we wanted. Picking hardware, colors, etc. can be daunting, but Kamila and the Level Up team were able to narrow down options for us to choose from based on our overall requirements. Rainier Inc and Level Up were both always communicative throughout the project and gave us personalized updates weekly throughout the scope of work. Even once the project was completed and we were able to move back in, they are still coming back to fix minor things here and there to make sure we are 100% satisfied with the outcome. If we were ever unsatisfied with something, Rainier immediately corrected any request and that is a huge compliment in today’s world. Making their customers happy! Great customer service from both teams and we will be using them again on our next phase of project on the exterior of our home!! 1000% RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Level Up Design has been absolutely amazing! Bear with me as I have so many important things to say about Level Up Design. Kamila has been involved in multiple projects with my family and all of them have turned out better than we can ever imagine! Following destruction of my husbands beach house during hurricane Irma, Kamila took the house from a water logged disaster without a roof, to an amazing beachy home. When the house was sold, the buyers loved it so much they bought the house fully furnished! This just goes to show that Kamila's designs are both function and esthetic for more than just the current homeowner. Kamila then designed an apartment for us. In addition to this she created computer renderings for a renovation of the University of North Florida Baseball Alumni Center (The Nest). In addition to all of the above, she has also been instrumental in tackling the biggest project of our lives. We started with a beautiful 1.25 acre lot full of nothing more than giant oak trees and a dream. When we called Kamila we had hand drawn what we thought would be a functional layout for our family. She used this drawing and designed something even better! With the help of Rainier Construction and the numerous business relationships she has with different companies, she was able to make our dream home a reality. She uses her knowledge and connections to ensure we had everything we wanted in our home. Her attention to detail and desire to truly get to know her clients prompted her to create an amazing dog bath in the laundry room and a small room for our dog under the stairs that is Instagram worthy! Kamila is also adaptable and able to pivot as needed with design. She combined my husbands and I's style into one beautiful home. We even asked her to change a room from a guest room to a nursery part way through the project. She's so trustworthy and understanding of our style that we asked her to design the nursery without us seeing it until it was fully done and then do a gender reveal for us using the room. To say it was amazing is an understatement. We have, and will continue to recommend Level Up Design to anyone looking to decorate, renovate or build from the ground up. She has made all of these projects, especially the most recent enormous project, seamless and as stress free as possible. No need to look any further, Level Up Design is all you need!
