Lori's ability to visualize the design, do accurate renderings, and put together a very livable, modern design inside the confines of an over 50 year old home is excellent. During the design process, she was very attentive to our thoughts and worked out a design that was a fantastic use of the available space. The level of detail and thoughtfulness in her design is amazing, and I was pleasantly surprised at the accuracy of the details between the renderings, specifications, and the actual result. During construction, Lori was diligent about checking on the contractors, answering their questions, and making sure the details were followed. The design book she provided to the contractors left very little for them to have questions about, down to the location of an electrical outlet. Her material cost estimates ended up accurate to within a few hundred dollars, which was a pleasant surprise, especially when you hear stories of remodel jobs going way over budget.

Lori was great to work with. She helped us with a complete remodel of our kitchen, family room and laundry room. She patiently developed many different layouts to help create a better flow in our kitchen. Lori worked very closely with the contractor, dealt with the suppliers and kept on top of our concerns throughout the whole project. Our kitchen went from an area where only one person could work comfortably to an area that has become a gathering place. We are very happy with the final results

Lori is a great interior designer who is very versatile in style. She listens to her customer’s needs, does her homework, then presents several design options in a professional manner. She manages projects well and is conscious of cost and time in addition to beauty and style. Lori sees her projects through to the very end and is a pleasure to work with!

We had saved for years to remodel our house and had a vision of how it would look. We spent most of a year looking at colors and textures and models but were not happy with what we found. Our contractor introduced us to Lori Fleet. We sat down with Lori and explained our vision and our ideas. Lori went straight to work and in a short time brought us multiple drawings and samples and pictures. Lori heard us. Lori did not try to convince us to change our vision but helped us get what we wanted. Lori had access to fixtures and finishes that we could not find online or in the stores. Then Lori showed us some ideas that her other customers enjoyed. Lori's suggestions made our remodel so much better. Lori's recommendations enhanced our vision without increasing our costs. Then during construction she visited the house regularly, if not daily, to track progress and to guide the contractor ensuring the contractor understood what we wanted. Lori had access to discounts and savings that we did not know existed. And finally, but not least of all, we started our remodel during Covid and while others were frustrated by delayed deliveries or inability to get the fixtures and products they wanted, Lori tracked ever purchase and took all that, and much more, off our plate. Lori made the whole remodel less stress and more success. We would recommended Lori Fleet to anyone remodeling their home, even if they think they know what they want.

Lori was just the best to work with on our kids bath remodel. We had a very confusing space, but she came up with a floor plan that blew us away and solved our problem. Her design software allowed us to see the finished product before we began. She helped us feel at ease by not rushing the color and design steps. I am looking foward to using her again for our master bath!

Lori Fleet, interiors was very professional. We had a fireplace redone. The floor to ceiling is roughly 19 feet. New tile, mantle and television were installed. Cabinets and built ins were removed and walls were repainted. It turned out beautiful!

Lori took this project and ran with it. We asked for upgrades and she and her contractors never said no. The quality of work is exceptional!
