Louise is fantastic! She has worked with us on two homes in two different cities over the last 10 years. What I like about Louise is that she has the experience with construction and large renovations so that she isn't learning everything new on our job. On our most recent renovation she handled everything from the design specs, finding the architect and engineers, the rfp for contractors, final specs, construction oversight as well as decor and design suggestion/selection. Louise is diligent and detail oriented. A real pit bull. She suggested things we would have never thought of like putting the ovens side by side so that both would be easily accessible. We have high ceilings in our home and she designed a canopy to house the vent hood and lights that is really spectacular. Instead of changing out all the gold trim in our new baths she found faucets that were mixed metal gold/silver saving us thousands. She has a great eye and is really easy to work with. What I really like is that she doesn't try to make everyone suit her taste but designs to suit yours.

Louise brings originality, positive energy and effective communication in a design project. She is a very creative detailed person, professional, friendly and ready to take on new challenges with great enthusiasm. She listened to my ideas, took them and developed and refined them for the remodeling of our kitchen and a bathroom. The space in which she had to work with was small, but she managed to fit what we needed, making it feel larger than it is. She worked within my budget and accommodated my schedule wherever she could.

Louise Cohen worked with us on both our first and second homes. She is very skilled at guiding clients through the design process. Her vision for the spaces she creates is impeccable and the results are better than you could have ever imagined on your own. Would work with her again in a heartbeat!
