We had many ideas in the style department and Tammy helped to streamline the things we liked into vision boards in a thoughtful and cohesive way. Tammy brought in and oversaw all contractors that were part of our project, ensuring open communication throughout the delivery stage. In addition to the day to day communication, we received weekly email updates with a summary of the work accomplished and what was to come. This helped us to understand exactly how our project was moving along and plan for the upcoming weeks. The end result was better than we could have dreamed of. We have spent the last two months enjoying our dream kitchen and are still completely in awe at how beautiful our home is. The professionals from Nikou Design listened to our wishes and needs and designed a basement for us that is perfect for us and in our budget. Our basement was cold, damp and ugly before Tammy came to help us. Since Tammy and her team at Nikou Design completed the work our basement is comfortable and beautiful.

We had our kitchen renovated in 2021 and 2023 our main bathroom was renovated. Tammy goes through the entire process such as design, options for flooring, cabinets, lighting. Nikou Design offers many options which is great. A budget is important for us and she kept both projects on target. The contractors stay until the job is completed. I highly recommend Nikou Design to my family and friends. Tammy was amazing to work with. She spent a lot of time helping us figure out what we wanted, had terrific ideas we hadn’t considered, and never made us feel pressured in any way to spend more than we felt comfortable with. Everything was about determining where we would get the maximum return on investment and joy. She also sourced many components for our main floor refresh, including two different kinds of railings and a custom mudroom-style closet for our entryway. We feel that we got unbelievable value and function because of Tammy’s expertise and resourcefulness, and the project was completed on time and on budget. Her team of contractors was also excellent – considerate, collaborative, trustworthy and kind. We were even a little bit sad when they left! Tammy of Nikou Design was wonderful to work with. She brought us lots of ideas for renovating our basement and patiently walked us through the options. She provided various layouts and worked with us to tweak them until we were happy to proceed. It was great to also have her expertise managing the contractor team she works with. I am so glad that we hired Nikou Design to manage our main floor renovation. From the beginning, Tammy always went above and beyond to understand our needs, style and vision for our house.
