Nun & Nun Real Estate and Design

We are a husband and wife realtor/design team. I (Rachel) have been working in the real estate industry for 8 years and have a degree in Real Estate & Land Use Economics from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I married Nick in July of 2013 and because we are insane we decided to test the limits of our new marriage by buying a hot mess of a house that fall. We survived and were hooked. It turns out between arguing in the aisles at Lowe's and losing my less than two months old wedding band during demo day (whoops!) we had a lot of fun. We decided to pursue home remodels and renovations as an addition to our existing real estate sales business. We are suckers for homes that most people would consider a lost cause. Nick always jokes that the worse it smells the more we will like it. The idea of making the broken and discarded beautiful again pushes us to new levels of creativity with each project. The houses we renovate are very personal to us and we name each one. We started because I couldn't bear to keep calling them by their street addresses when they had so much personality. This is our dream life. We get to work together and share our passion for homes with our clients whether it's through helping them sell, purchase or renovate.
