Paula Bannerman Designs

After months of indecision I decided to call a professional. I called Paula for a consultation to get some ideas on paint colour, lighting options, furniture for a functional and multi-purpose floor plan. It was money well spent. Paula provided the vision of what the space could look like and I loved it. We are about 75% complete and I can't wait to show Paula the before and after pictures. If I would need help with anything, Paula left the door open to contact her anytime.

We have worked with Paula since 2016, and are very impressed with her natural ability and very elegant tastes that are reflected in her work. We have also had the prevlige to hear the incredible things that her customers have to say about her style and the projects that she has worked on. We are very fortunate to have a good working relationship with Paula and her company and look forward to many years of working together with her.

This is second time I have worked with Paula. My first experience was more than satisfactory so when we moved to a new home and needed some design advice I thought of her right away. She responded to my enquiry quickly. She was able to hone in on my preferences as well as provide good advice to enhance the spaces. I had many questions which I e-mailed to her and her replies were prompt and specific. I did purchase several pieces she recommended and they have exceeded my expectations. I also appreciated that her suggestions were budget conscious. I would not hesitate to recommend her and would definitely consult with her for future advice.

Paula is wonderful to work with! After we purchased our home we asked her to help us select paint colours, design a wine wall for our basement, select spindles for our railing, and design a new master bathroom. Paula provided us with unique and creative design options while ensuring the ideas were within our budget. Paula is also very professional. She was always on time for our meetings and was well prepared with samples and ideas.

I asked Paula for help with a kitchen reno in 09 and so enjoyed working with her I called her again with another kitchen in 14, and a basement remodel She brings a ton of ability, humour, contacts and resources that made these experiences way less stressful than they could have been. She goes above and beyond and helps with even the smallest concerns always ready to provide answers and guidance. The way she solved a huge problem that I had which fell outside her responisiblity saved my sanity. I will always be grateful and recommend her highly!

My husband and I purchased a 1980s house in desperate need of a complete update. We hired Paula for the overall project and it turned out to be the best decision we made. Paula was wonderful to work with; innovative design ideas – particularly for a house stuck in 1989. As a professional, she was very calming for a couple of nervous home owners. Not just a savvy designer, Paula is an astute designer. I went in with some very definitive ideas and Paula brought about a fresh perspective and with her guidance – a better result, a much better result. We would not hesitate to work with Paula again.
