Phases + Design

Working with Erin was a great experience. She guided us through preparing bid documents for a major renovation of our 40 year old home (including scaled floorplans, lighting plans, and mood board with links to the fixtures and finishes she selected for us) Our project includes removing walls, building a new laundry room, and a complete kitchen renovation. We knew roughly what we wanted to do, but wanted an experts perspective - and to have formal documents to share with potential contractors. Everything Erin produced for us was polished and impressed us. She offered great suggestions and solutions that we wouldn’t have thought to include in our renovation, such as moving the master bedroom door around a corner to a more private space, adding a mudroom within the existing footprint of the house, and raising a ceiling where we didn’t know that was possible. Her knowledge of the construction side was invaluable to us. She was great at sourcing the fixtures and finishes we like as well. I’m so glad we benefitted from her expertise and I feel confident that we’ve maximized our renovations potential.

Erin provided construction documents including plans for our house addition then again for our barndominium next door . Building turned out great. Plans were accurate and framing, plumbing and wiring all went very well

Simply put....Erin was amazing! There is NO way I could be enjoying the kitchen I now have without her! Her professionalism, expertise, vision, and advice were priceless to me. She went above and beyond to meet my budget, listen to my wants and needs, and displayed incredible patience with my inability to make quick decisions! I not only gained a beautiful new kitchen but met an extraordinarily talented person in the process - I would hire her again in a second!
