Jaynie Austen was extremely easy to work with. She had lots of ideas but also listened to my ideas. Subs she chose were prompt and tidy. She made every effort to keep the project on schedule and any problems in that regard were due to shipment delays - not to Jaynie's efforts. Her knowledge of product options (for ex. - tiles) produced a finished bathroom remodel that was well beyond my expectations. The bathroom is very small but she managed a floor plan that maximized the use of space without making it seem overcrowded. I greatly regret that she has moved away from Steamboat. I have other projects I would like to do and don't think I'll be able to find someone of Jaynie's quality to do the work.

I had the pleasure of working with Jaynie from ReDesign West on several projects. However, one project that sticks out in my mind in particular is a older home kitchen remodel. This remodel turned out so well that the owner had been invited to put the home in a local Kitchen and Garden Tour. We had re-purposed the original cabinetry and added new cabinetry to make the kitchen more functional. Jaynie has a art background and thinks clearly out of the box and can see how things could be used differently than their intended use. We were able to keep the older home's charm, but add a slight contemporary spin. This remodel would have not been a success without Jaynie.

ReDesign West helped sell my house! With minimal funds we were able to transform and old dated kitchen into a kitchen that sold the house on the first day. Redesign made some small improvements to the exterior which totally improved the curb appeal.
