Hiring Lisa is the best decision a homeowner with a renovation or design project can make. She did an excellent and professional job in every phase of our remodel project including: working with us on design concepts and finishes, providing accurate and timely budgets as well as managing the project from demolition to scheduling subcontractors to managing the timely flow of material to following up on every little detail of the project until completion. Lisa was hands on every step of the way and always accessible and transparent in communications. Her stable of subcontractors not only did excellent work, they are easy and good people to work with. Our Condo Association is very particular about how big construction projects must be conducted; Lisa and her team executed within stringent rules perfectly. Bottom line.. Lisa Shearer is creative, knowledgeable about the latest materials and home product options, organized, honest and easy to work with. After one FaceTime consultation with Lisa about a long distance remodel, I knew our vacation home was in good hands. Lisa worked within our budget to create a welcoming and warm home environment in our vacation condo. The items chosen are sturdy for renters and comfortable to feel like home when we are there. Unique lighting and design choices were key to the new look. Lisa was easy to work with and with a few phone conversations and a design board we made a few modifications and got to work. New paint, carpet, furniture, lighting, rugs, artwork and bedding were all done. I highly recommend Lisa- I trusted a person I never met with my condo key, lots of $$$ and our vacation home, and she did not disappoint!! We were finally able to meet in person in June when the project was complete and we made it to Park City.

Lisa Shearer was a joy to work with! She was professional, listened well to our needs and wants, brought creative ideas and design suggestions to the table and was a great communicator. She was flexible to adjust scope to meet our budget and stayed on top of the contractors and scheduling to meet the planned timeline. The kitchen remodel included new cabinets, flooring, painting and a beautiful granite countertop / backsplash. Lisa’s general contractor and painter were excellent! We were very pleased with the overall process, Lisa’s responsiveness, and the beautiful and functional kitchen we are now enjoying.

Lisa & Alex were an outstanding to work with on decorating and staging my new home in Park City. They have great taste, and were highly efficient and professional. They listened carefully to my needs & preferences. They completely exceeded my expectations. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone with design needs!

We wanted a full kitchen remodel and to get new flooring throughout the entire main level. We ended up remodeling the whole main level that included the kitchen and bathroom and then redoing tile in the entry and fireplace. Also new blinds and paint. She was flexible with changes we made throughout the project. Very efficient at getting the product choices and design. The work moved along quickly but did end up slowing with the final finishes. The subcontractors were professional and did great work. The finishing work on the tiling could have been a bit more clean and finished looking but did get resolved. Overall I love the finished product! My home looks totally different and beautiful and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Shearer Designs!

Working with Lisa was a great pleasure. I am a property manager and Lisa had a calm and steady approach that was great when staging a new house for rentals. She took amazing care and was happy to get involved at every level to get the job done. Lisa came in and rescued me as I was in overwhelm trying to move forward with a remodeling project that I had started. Lisa has a gift for seeing what steps need to be done first and can foresee details that I would easily miss. She has great contacts to hire out the different parts of the remodel and her recommendation of contractors were very reliable and professional. Lisa has a great eye for design, spacing, color, and how to put a room together that works well. She is a delight to work with and even did some of the work herself (touching pain on trim, and staining handrails and fireplace bench). Lisa is very professional but also very relatable and open to my ideas and worked well with trying to find ideas that clicked with me. I will continue to hire Lisa to help with the remainder of the details of my home, and love that I can always get an honest opinion from someone I trust.

Lisa organized and ran our full remodel in our home, even to the last detail of decorating. Lisa has an extensive knowledge and past that helps her in the construction, remodel, floor plan design and decorating aspects of her work. Lisa is easy to work with, communicates well, and has a great eye and ideas for how to best use the space she is working with. I would HIGHLY recommend Lisa from any small job to a new build job!

Lisa and Her Team are amazing! She was easy to work with and provided excellent customer service and advice through the entire process. I am a Real Estate Broker and see hundreds of homes a year. I have many Contractor friends that I could have chosen but I ended on Lisa because she not only focused on the Style we liked but she was passionate about getting this right for us! Lisa's product is as good as any out in the market. She was very detail oriented and takes the time to truly understand your vision and apply it to your home. Our home was a built in 1969 with several additions. Lisa transformed the living area into a grand gathering area. She recognized the possibility of vaulting the ceilings which changed the entire dynamic of the remodel and didn't cost us much more. Her contractors were very respectful as we were living in the home during the remodel. No detail was left undone. My wife and I both work very long hours and Lisa was willing to meet with us day or night in order to meet our busy schedules. She also was great about working with me on some of the things that I wanted to do to cut costs. She was consistently reviewing the expenses vs the budget and giving excellent ideas on how to cut costs but not quality. She was a hound dog in finding sales and bargains that helped drive down costs as well. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice to have Lisa on board as part of the team. Lisa is friendly, personable, and great to get along with. I see so many homes in a day I was really struggling with identifying MY STYLE! Lisa was able to coach me into the things that I really like. She navigated the differences between my wife and I. She was extremely diplomatic helping us get to the solutions. If you are in need of someone who can help you draw out your vision and bring it to life, Lisa is an excellent choice!

I have worked with Lisa on a couple remodels now and she is incredible. She walks through each space with you and helps determine what would be the most practicul use of space all while helping me determine a specific style. She is great because she not only has knowledge of the design world but she can cost effectively bid out the construction side as well. She is prompt with her responses and will give you complete attention while working on your project. I will definitely be using her in my future projects.

Lisa managed the constructiion and design of my home. She was exceptional to work with. Always on site to oversee the process and to assure that I was happy and comfortable with the process and design. Lisa also served as my interior decorator providing personal advice in purchasing furniture decor. Everything was completed in a timely manner from start to finish and I currently use her expertise for any updates. She is knowledgeable in all areas of design, decorating and construction and explains the process in a way that any novice feels comfortable.
