My husband and I moved to a new condo. It is an open concept living, dining and kitchen. With Susan’s help, her great design ideas and amazing eye for color, We now have a warm, beautiful and homey home to come home to. We went with her suggestions on lighting, tables, sofas, draperies etc.and all were wonderfully coordinated. I would highly recommend her if you are shopping at Ethan Allen and specifically the one in Natick, Ma

I met Susan at Ethan Allen (Natick) this fall when I started a significant makeover of my home. Susan was great to work with, she began by setting up a visit to our home to view the space and my taste and then put together a selection of fabrics, colors and lay outs to view in the store. Ethan Allen's software program makes it easy to virtually move pieces and visualize the new spaces. Susan's work style is easy. She is a good listener and very accessible via phone or text. I really appreciated that she was willing to offer suggestions like paint colors or other resources for items outside her product line. In short, she was a partner during the whole project. Gail L.

Susan Gattozzi listened carefully (a rare gift) and patiently to my expectations and she tastefully and skillfully made suggestions that will make my room sparkle.. I have met with imposing decorators in the past and I have sadly walked away from them.It was a serendipitous day for me when I walked into the Natick store and met Susan.In addition to her obvious talent she is a lovely and engaging person, a true asset to your store.

It is rare to be able to find a designer that listens to you and understands your style. Susan Gattozzi is that rare designer that listened to me and understood my taste in furniture and fabrics. There was a dizzying array of choices for fabrics but Susan was able to cull through them and present exactly what I was searching for in every choice I had to make. Susan was so exceptional that I did not hesitate at recommending her to other people who also echo my sentiments on her amazing insight for exactly what the client wants. Susan is patient, intelligent, and excels in all aspects as a designer. If you want the best, look no further.

We happened to work with Susan when we ran into Ethan Allen over tax free weekend to get some chairs for our counter. She was so helpful, pleasant, and vocalized just the right amount of opinion. She was so delightful and non-pushy, that we asked her to help us complete a few rooms in our new home. Susan got a read on our taste quickly and offered suggestions and pieces that we would like - as opposed to what she thought we "should" have. She has always listened to us and how we wanted our family to utilize the space in our home. Susan has made our home beautiful!

Susan helped me decorate my front entryway. It came out beautiful and within budget. She was so easy to work with, she was extremely thorough, and patient throughout the process. She had practical and creative ideas for a very difficult proportioned space. Susan has excellent attention to detail and wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied. I'm very happy with the way it came out, and I would work with her again!

Having gone through an extensive renovation I was anxious to get some furniture for our new space. We met Susan who spent the time understanding our needs, our likes and based on a site visit, gave us a well laid out plan that met our goals and budget. Beyond the necessary need to have an "eye" and recommend good fabric choices, Susan is very patient, thoughtful and genuine in her approach to helping clients!

I started a new physical therapy practice was in search of a pair of chairs and small table for my waiting area. I needed something comfortable, sturdy for patients with injuries, a small footprint, and above all stylish. I found Susan at Ethan Allan and she was up for the challenge. They were delivered today and I am beyond delighted with the results. Thank you for the time you spent with me Susan. I’m so happy.
