Sherri was an absolute pleasure to work with. She came into our project with an open mind and truly listened to what we were looking to achieve. She brought to every meeting wonderful suggestions and proposals that made our basement makeover come out incredible. When we started the process of redoing our kitchen with our contractor two years ago, I thought it was going to be so easy and fun. When the time came for me to have to actually order everything and hand over the cash, I was completely crippled by the endless number of details I would have to decide. Then, I found Sherri at berri box. Working with Sherri was hands-down one of the best decisions we made during our kitchen renovation. The process (involving berri box) started 12 months earlier, and Sherri was with me every step of the way during the extremely daunting obstacle of deciding cabinetry, colors, hardware, tile, paint, faucets, lighting, finishes, and everything else in between. I truly could not have done it without her. She made an incredibly stressful process not only easy, but fun! She really took the time to understand how my family uses our kitchen and what our style and preferences are. She was also incredibly creative, constantly brainstorming different possibilities to ensure that I was making the right decision for such an expensive and long-lasting project. Sherri is meticulous with every detail: measurements, finishes, materials, and most of all - coordination with external parties (our contractor, the tile company, the lighting vendor, etc.). She quarterbacked everything which removed a great deal of stress from me during such a long project. Without a doubt we will use Sherri again to provide design consultation when we redo our bedroom and master bath in a year or two. Using a consultant is definitely a necessity. Choosing the right one is paramount to the success of the project. Sherri at the berri box is definitely the right one.

It was time to paint the entire interior of our 35+ year-old house. Friends were down-sizing and moving to retirement communities. We decided to stay and refresh. We ended up doing a lot more than just painting, guided every step of the way by Sherri’s superb sense of design. She helped us take the furniture and artwork that we had accumulated over many years and reuse them in creative ways. Chairs were re-upholstered, furniture was repainted, moved around and/or discarded. Carpet was ripped up and the staircase was given beautiful new hard-wood treads and banisters. The kitchen floor tile and countertops were updated. The guest bathroom got a new sink and countertop. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and light fixtures in the kitchen and dining room were swapped out. Beautiful rugs were purchased for the living room and family room. Linens and towels were updated. Paintings and collectibles were moved to new locations. The backdrop to all these changes was a paint palette that brought us joy and gave our home a fresh look. The final results exceeded our expectations. Sherri was a delight to work with, a true professional! She listened to our choices, responded to our concerns, pivoted when necessary, but remained firm when she felt strongly about a particular design choice. Sherrie from the Berri Box was fantastic to work with on our office renovation. She has an attention for detail and cohesiveness in her design that does not come easily to a regular person. I love for things to look a certain way but I have tried and failed too many times from lack of experience. When I gave my vision to Sherrie she effortlessly made it come to life. I hired The Berri Box for an interior design project in tandem with the renovation of my entire home. Wanting a simple, modern look, Sherri understood this realm, took charge (in a collaborative way!!) and created a space that fit exactly with what I was looking for.
