Working with Vanessa of Vie Design to complete our custom building project gave me peace of mind during what would have otherwise been an overwhelming obstacle. Her organized, confident and professional manner made it easy to trust her ability to guide us through the many decision-making processes from beginning to end. She took the time to find out what we really wanted, even helping me understand my own design personality. And her keen sense of how to make all the pieces work together was invaluable! She was patient, asking all the right questions, and she worked very efficiently with the contractors making the entire project run smoothly and feel stress-free. It was clear throughout the entire process that Vanessa wanted us to be 100% satisfied with the final results, and she helped us to accomplish exactly that -- we are very happy with our beautiful, new home!

Vanessa Pool at Vie Design was our designer for our recent new custom home build. Our experience working with her was excellent. She guided us through the process of turning our design vision for our home into a reality. She worked with us at every step along the way to ensure we had the right options available to us, and gave her input on final decisions when asked without being overbearing, which was exactly the style of designer we were looking for. She always provided detailed sketches and idea boards for various paint colour/tile/countertop/flooring options that were a great asset in helping us make our choices along the way. She was always willing to source more options, and look to other manufacturers/stores if we weren't happy with the initial choices she presented to us. We couldn't be happier with the design of our new home, and credit Vie Design with being a big part of this!!
