An electric reclining sofa and two chairs were purchased about 4 years ago. The addition warranty was purchased even though the quality was guaranteed. Here we are 4 years later, with crappy looking furniture. Wells manager sends us to the warranty, who sends us back to Wells, who refuses to address the poor quality. An elderly woman has been taken advantage of following a tragic flood. Sad.

From the moment I walked into the store, my vision for an entire living room and dining room makeover was brought to life. I worked with LeeAnn Haught, one of the Morgantown designers. She listened to me and worked with me for hours. She laid out my room in DreamNet so that I could see a virtual layout of what the rooms would look like with the furniture, accessories and artwork I had chosen. I quickly realized that I was going to have to repaint and change my flooring, which we had intended to do at a later date. We decided to do that before our furniture was delivered. I can’t tell you just how thrilled we are with everything. Thank you LeeAnn and Wells Furniture for making a vision come to life. No other furniture store has ever gone to this length to help with a design plan. Also, just an FYI...Wells Home Furnishings prices are very competitive with North Carolina Outlet prices, if not better. Believe me, I checked!

I was able to work with Megan to design my new living room. I only had a couple of pieces, and Megan was able to help me fill out the remainder will f the living room keeping to my theme and color preferences, which were pretty specific. I had a great experience!

Wells Home Furnishings offers a beautiful selection of high quality furniture like no where else in town. Their in store designer helped create a beautiful family room space for us. It was so easy. We told her our budget, the color scheme we wanted, the style we liked and she designed a great space. Wells recently opened a location our area and needing some new living room furniture, we looked there first. We worked with Megan to find things that suited our needs, which was great because we had some very hard limitations (small space, furniture we're keeping, front door opens to the living room, namely). Throughout the entire process they were great. During delivery I was impressed to have professionally dressed staff treat my new furniture with such care... I merely wish my cats were so gentle! We also really appreciate that they go out of their way to sell products made in the USA. We've been to Wells a few times since then and could not possibly speak highly enough of Megan, Jason, and the rest of the staff. I will shop here first for any future furniture or decor needs.

Our experience at Wells Home Furnishings was exceptional from the minute we walked into the Store through the professional delivery of our furniture. We made four trips to the Store deciding what pieces and fabrics we wanted. On each occasion our salesperson (Caitlin) was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. There was never any pressure to buy. We felt that the staffs main purpose was to be sure we were satisfied. After our order was placed we received our furniture within the time frame quoted. We were impressed with the delivery. Jason & Kent were very professional, well dressed and took extra care with our furniture and our home. We highly recommend Wells Home Furnishings.
