Damon’s Junk Removal

We are not movers, we do junk removal. We got hired by a realtor to clean out a building for sale that was abandoned for two years because we were told that the previous owner had a drinking problem and lost it and couldn’t afford to move his stuff. Somehow the previous owner the head of building two years ago got a banded it showed up and wanted to keep some stuff that we had already loaded inside our truck
heading to the dump, we pulled it out of a truck and clean that it was broke but we told
him that we were hurt to throw everything away and we did not wrap anything up that was going to the garbage anyway. We had no reason to be extra careful with anything because we were hiring to make a dump run and do a clean out of this building. We
agreed to let you have the stuff on our truck but anything broke it’s not our fault if we
were told that everything is being thrown away by the a realtor
