We contacted Peace Services Junk Removal late on a Friday to remove old furniture from our home. The furniture included: bed frames, a closet, a coffee table, bookshelves, etc. They were fantastic! They responded almost immediately to a request for a quote, asked for pictures via text, sent us a quote within 10 minutes, scheduled a time on Monday (were incredibly flexible about finding a time that worked for us), arrived on time, dismantled and cleared out all the furniture, swept and cleaned up after, and sent us a donation receipt from Special Olympics VA within an hour of hauling away the junk. Luis and Ashley are consummate professionals – very polite, treated our home with respect, wore masks and gloves, were extremely responsive, and provided service with a smile. Moving is stressful. Add to that a new baby grandson and a house undergoing renovation and the stress just grows exponentially. Thank goodness for Peace Services. Professional, generous, thoughtful. Kept in touch as to when they would be arriving and showed up as planned. We had large pieces of furniture and stuff to be removed from all three levels of our house and from the shed in the backyard. Mr. Luis and Ms. Ashley took care of everything. I needed a sleeper sofa removed from my apartment. Peace services promptly arrived at the time agreed upon, after giving me a courtesy heads up 10 minutes before arrival. The sofa was removed in 15 minutes (which took us way longer to get into the apartment). The price was also really reasonable and absolutely worth it!
