Janejira was wonderful in talking me through the project. She has a great way of figuring out what the customer wants and making fabulous suggestions. And she has an excellent way in dealing with difficult customers. I was at times a bit overwhelmed with all the choices and possibilities. Later I came to appreciate the importance of said details, e.g. the help in picking colors and textures. It is an art that can’t be overestimated, because it has an enormous effect on the entire project.
