My wife and I had just moved in to our new place and needed to remodel the kitchen. We didn't have any experience with a remodel of that magnitude and went to Lowe's to see what options they had. We scheduled an appointment with Jenna to sit and talk about our goals and we were not disappointed. Jenna is extremely knowledgeable and has a lot of experience. She was able to show us examples of layouts she had done in the past as well as before and after pictures. We met with Jenna multiple times before deciding on a final plan. During this whole process she was available and provided prompt responses to any questions we had. We were 100% satisfied with her knowledge and service. She walked us step by step through different options and created multiple floor plans for us to choose from. I was really impressed with how proficient she was with the planning program she used. We would highly recommend her to others looking to remodel their kitchen and aren't sure where to even start.

We completely rehabbed a 30-year home including a completely new kitchen (including all appliances). Jenna did an amazing job in designing the kitchen for us. She gave excellent advice. Provided a sample door so that we could match the backsplash, countertop, and flooring to it (in a great room space) which was immensely helpful. Jenna is an excellent listener and helped us design a beautiful kitchen that we are 100% happy with. I HIGHLY recommend Jenna as a kitchen designer (and you cannot beat the free price). I would recommend people drive the distance to whatever store she is working in - that's how good she is. Always on time. Always on target. Always tried to give us the best prices and recommendations within our budget.

Jenna helped design our kitchen remodeling project. With her understanding of available cabinets, she rendered computer designs including cabinet arrangements and measurements so we could see how the kitchen would look. She helped choose practical cabinets such as a mixer cabinet, pull out pantries, spice cabinets and pull out trays for cookware. She met with us several times as we finalized the project. She was always available for questions or to order something, usually expediting the order so it would arrive quickly. Jenna is professional, accommodating, knowledgeable, and efficient. We encourage anyone who is considering a new or remodeled kitchen to consult with Jenna. You won't be sorry you did.

Jenna helped me design a great kitchen and bathroom remodel that would fit the needs of my little family. We all love it and anyone who visits does as well. Of course, I tell them about my experience with Jenna and all the help she provided. Even though I was on a tight budget it all worked out great! She knows the products and explained everything to me in a respectful and patient manner. Later on, I decided to put more cabinetry in, Jenna was there, ready with all the information needed to assure style and color would match the existing elements. Earlier this year, our sink (unhappily) split apart. Jenna advised me with the proper steps to take for a replacement. She assured that all the paperwork needed for the replacement was filled out correctly; locating the orignal bill of sale for me. I know I couldn't have done any of these things without her! She is a positive and optimistic person, a fantastic, enthusiastic, and knowledgable salesperson. I suspect she is the same in her personal life, too. I will go out of my way to find her again for any project I may have. I have made many recommendations to family and friends. She represents Lowe's very well in all the qualities I described and I sincerely hope that she is a valued employee with many opportunties ahead.

Jenna Cook worked with me to design a fabulous kitchen for my new home. Always the professional, Jenna was helpful from start to finish. Utilizing some of the ideas I had for my new kitchen, Jenna designed a kitchen that incorporated my ideas and ideas she had due to her vast and thorough knowledge of the products available. Jenna has a keen eye for detail which was extremely beneficial when our contractor actually built the kitchen layout. It is also beneficial to me now that I can work in my kitchen. Jenna thought of everything. She designed the cabinet layout so that it flows and all my things are really at my finger tips. I am very satisfied with the end product and the quality of work and care provided by Jenna Cook. Without any reservation, I highly recommend working with Jenna.

In 2012, Jenna Cook assisted my Husband and me with a kitchen cabinet design and multiple bathroom cabinet designs for a new coastal home were constructing. We have very discerning taste and from the start of the project, Jenna really impressed us. She is smart, creative and passionate about her work, while being patient with her clients. She approached our project with complete professionalism and took the time to truly educate us about the various products and how they could best fit our family's lifestyle. After selecting a cabinet brand, she worked collaboratively with us to map out a design that optimized the space and was aesthetically pleasing. She was quick to answer all of our many questions and she maintained close contact with us during the entire process to ensure that everything was to our satisfaction. Jenna is awesome! She is very helpful with designing spaces and her product knowledge is top notch. She helped us design several spaces in our home; kitchen, multi-use desk/sideboard, office, and dry bar. Jenna works in a collaborative way. She listens to our needs and how we want to use the space and helped bring it to fruition. She was also great at helping us stay within our budget.

Jenna Cook is the absolute best. I am lucky to have had her help me with my remodeling project. I tore out a wall from kitchen to dining room and she designed my new kitchen perfecto. She is professional; she ALWAYS returned my phone calls timely; her ideas and experience for the remodel were unparalleled. She has instinct and ingenuity for designing . She was always friendly - never tired of answering my many questions. She knew exactly where to look for the products/cabinets/etc. I needed and did so efficiently. I would rate Jenna out of a total of 10 a 10+.
