John did a great job on our bathroom remodel. It was a complete gut job and he uncovered several issues- bad work from the previous owner. He didn't charge us any extra however. John sticks to his word about cost and time frames for completing work. I am most impressed with how much he takes pride in his work and does everything he can to make sure the owner is happy- consults on details rather than barging ahead without consent. We are looking forward to having him work for us in the future.

John installed tile flooring for us in two different areas. We have lived with it for a while now and can say his work is top notch! John made sure the job came out perfect and he deliverd on everything he said he would do for the exact price he quoted. I would hope to work with John again at some point.

John completely remodeled two bathrooms, among other projects in our home. From start to finish, he completed everything that he said he would and more. Initially, he provided a detailed written description of work, a great price, excellent recommendations and suggestions on what could be done, where and how to shop and what to look for when ordering tile and bath fixtures. He furnished materials for everything else which was included his quoted price, using the best materials. John was meticulous, thoughtful, organized and professional at all times, taking pride in everything he did with an eye for detail. From start to finish, all work was completed on a timely basis, with no surprises. I strongly recommend John.

Perfection from start to finish! Four bathrooms and dozens of home projects later, JR Marble Tile exceeded my expectations and showed me a level of perfection and mastery that my husband and I never even knew existed. We hired JR Marble Tile to completely redo our large master bath, (approx. 240 sq. ft.) in a grand old English home. From start to finish, John Russo never let us down - he began by taking the room down to it's studs and went on to rebuild it with incredible precision and attention to detail. His knowledge, skill, and experience with all of the various trades, and his ability to perform each of those jobs, himself, was really astounding. From demolition to buildout to plumbing to electrical, and all the finish details -- he is proficient at it all! His experience with renovations in old houses allowed us to troubleshoot situations that could have become catastrophic. If this sounds too good to be true -- we were continually astonished at the care he took and his level of skill in everything he undertook. We were so terrically delighted with the work as our new master bath began to materialize, that soon after he began, we decided to add another bathroom to his job. Because he exceeded our expectations once again, we actually became nervous that once he finished, we wouldn't be able to get him back again, and so, we added not only two more full bathroom renovations, but many other jobs that had been neglected in the maintenance of our home. Obviously, I could rave about JR Marble Tile's work and efforts for as long as anybody would care to listen, and it is my pleasure to do so, but suffice it to say, there is no better contractor ANYWHERE! John Russo spent many months in our home, and was unobtrusive, friendly, neat, and wise in his advice and care; he left the workspace in immaculate condition at the end of every day, and he tried to make the experience the least disruptive for us, the homeowners. He managed to do this every day for the nine months he worked in our house. My husband and I both feel as though we stumbled onto someone amazing and hope that we can be helpful in getting the word out!!!

John Russo is the best of the best. He is honest, fair, and a hard worker, but more importantly he is a true artist at the top of his craft.
