We could not be happier with our experience working with Kelly to design our dream kitchen. From the initial consultation through final completion Kelly went above and beyond to make the process unbelievably smooth. In the initial design phase she presented us with multiple options to accomplish our goals working within the restrictions of a somewhat unique existing layout - her final design maximized our Kitchen layout and function beyond what we ever thought would be possible. Her recommendations for materials and finishes was fantastic. Communication was outstanding throughout the project - both with us and with our team of contractors - who all raved about her as well. We feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Kelly - she is a true professional and exceptional talent as well as being a kind, genuine and honest person. Would recommend (and do!) without hesitation!

I worked with Kelly at Moynihan’s to design my dream kitchen and four baths . She was easy to work with as besides being knowledgeable about products she really listened . Together we created a space that is beautiful and truly functional. Guests rave about the completed kitchen project . Our bathrooms are also lovely and work so well for us. While I do not have another kitchen in the near future I recommend her to family and friends with projects .

I can’t speak highly enough of working with Kelly… I wasn’t thrilled with the design of my kitchen from our architect when I went to her. We had to rework some things and I ended up having to make a lot of concessions that I was really bummed about. Within a week I get some emails from Kelly… she had COMPLETELY overhauled the designs and gave me back the kitchen of my dreams. I could have cried. She is a master of spaces, and guided me really well as far as where things should go logically and what would be most functional, and also what was unnecessary and saved me some money! I’ve been living with my kitchen now for about 5 months and I think of her every day and I’m so thankful that she was in charge of this process! I get so many compliments on our new kitchen, and I owe all of the credit to her. She is prompt in her replies and follow through, and a true pleasure to talk with as well. 100%, all around, I recommend Kelly without any hesitation. You will not be disappointed!!

I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience it was working with Kelly Landry at Moynihan Lumber. Prior to meeting with Kelly I worked with an architect on a re-design for our first floor, which included an 16x16 addition and set the basics for a kitchen remodel. After the architects design was finalized we began the work of finding a contractor. As this was a rather large project, we met with several contractors. During our conversations with the contractors, Kelly's name kept coming up. After the third contractor recommended we work with her we knew we needed to contact her! We made a final contractor selection and began working with Kelly. Through our discussions we quickly learned the design the architect had come up with really wouldn't work in our home. In short, Kelly not only redesigned & moved the kitchen concept to a preferable area of the first floor, but she also helped us with the final plan for the other first floor rooms. Our project took many twists and turns, but the main constant was always Kelly. She was incredibly patient with me as we navigated changes that came up due to cost, preferences and a contractor change. She helped me think of everything I would need for my perfect kitchen. The end result was more than I ever could have imagined! To say I highly recommend Kelly is an understatement. She is amazing at what she does!!

I spent 2 months trying to find the right person to help design our kitchen. Most were more interested in selling us their most expensive cabinets and hardware. We’ve been a loyal Moynihan customer since our family used the North Reading store for years. Along comes 2019 and we buy a house in Haverhill, ma. When we did our kitchen over I saw a Moynihan in Plaistow NH. We contacted the store and Kelly assisted us for the next 3 months of kitchen design and layout. Kelly is an exceptional listener and made recommendations for a stunning kitchen. You will not meet a more qualified and dedicated person to help you EXCEED your expectations on your project.

Kelly is the best subcontractor we worked with on our project. We spent many, many hours with her designing our kitchen, bathrooms, laundry room and built ins throughout the house. She is so knowledgable in her field and has great ideas and suggestions. Her attention to detail and ability to think things through and think outside of the box are outstanding. We started from scratch and she was very patient with us--we had a lot of changes and some at the last minute. She was more than accommodating with those. She was available to us when we needed her and was onsite at the project when cabinets were being delivered and installed. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a kitchen/bath designer. She is the best!!

We waited over a decade to embark on the journey of remodeling our kitchen. We had heard rave reviews about Kelly at Moynihan Lumber so we decided to give her a try. This was one of the best decisions we ever made. Right from the first appointment, she made us feel like we were her only clients. She dove into our project with such enthusiasm and her creativity and openess to our ideas was nothing short of amazing. She was so organized, efficient and detail oriented. She was patient and took in our every word and every concern. She was always available to us and very supportive and reassuring no matter how many times we may have second guessed ourselves or bombarded her with questions. All three of the design ideas that she presented to us were absolutely gorgeous. She has such an in depth knowledge and keen eye for how things should come together beautifully and practically. We could not be happier with our gorgeous new kitchen. We keep asking ourselves if we had to change one thing what would it be? You may not believe us, but there is truly not one thing that we would change. Everything flows so perfectly, we have all the space that we need and it is as functional as it is beautiful. We are over the moon and we are forever grateful to Kelly for being so wonderful, creative and easy to work with!

Kelly helped me design a large open concept kitchen in an antique home. Collaborating with Kelly in the design was fantastic. She was very patient and thoughtful with the design, and extremely pleasant to work with. I would completely recommend Kelly for your next design project.

Thanks to Kelly Landry at Moynihan Lumber in Plaistow, NH we now have our dream kitchen. We had worked with Kelly on smaller projects in the past and were impressed with here professionalism and industry knowledge, so when it came time to redo our kitchen we went straight to her. During the planning process Kelly really listened to us but did not hesitate to offer suggestions if she thought of a better solution. As a result the final plan walk-through was a snap with no surprises. After the cabinets were delivered and remodeling began she made sure there were no quality issues and if something did not suit her, she ordered a replacement. Kelly has a longstanding relationship with our contractor, Brad Powers Construction, and they worked closely together to ensure that the job went smoothly. Brad is a meticulous and highly skilled craftsman. The end result is a kitchen we love and a model project.

Kelly was a pleasure to work with last year. We were so thrilled with the renovation of our kitchen, she really listened and gave us great advice and had lots of creative ideas. She even saved money for us by giving honest advice. The builder she recommended was amazing and worked on schedule and Kelly made sure everything was coordinated to perfection. It was from start to finish a really professional job and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to put the fun into their project and renovate without hassle.
