We couldn't be happier with the service Lee Krause and Lowe's provided on our three bathroom renovation. The cost was less and the products were far better than the other estimates. Lee was always responsive and her design suggestions really helped the final product. You really can't beat Lowe's Reno team.

There service is always excellent, but I asked for an estimate on carpet purchase and installation and the advertisement was misleading and not what the estimate included.
