The consultant was knowledgeable and helpful with our questions regarding granite countertops for our kitchen. We, however, decided to go with a private contractor who gave us a better price and selection.

We purchased a quartz countertop through Lowes and it was installed by their professionals. The first person came out and measured the area. The countertop was ordered and then the appointment for the install was done in a timely manner. The installers came out and everything was done to our satisfaction. The counter looks beautiful and we are very pleased with the outcome. They told us ahead of time of everything we needed to know so there were no unexpected surprises that had to be dealt with. Very happy with Lowes and everyone that was involved. Also want to thank Sandy at Lowes for setting everything in motion. She was so very helpful and we appreciate it very much. With her help and knowledge she started the whole process in motion and made the experience less stressful. Thank you so much.
