Excellent attitude and service from Darlane Williaford at the Preston Lowe's in Frisco, TX. She worked hard during her lunch break to assist us in the selection of the refrigerator. She gets solid A plus from me. Also, the delivery person Cody and his assistance were extremely helpful in delivery of the refrigerator. The young men connected refrigerator and answered our questions with lots of patience. Their professionalism and attitude deserve a pay raise from the contractor. WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH LOWE'S SERVICE AT THE PRESTON ROAD STORE, FRISCO, TEXAS.

Purchased a Bosch induction cooktop. Store employees were very helpful in helping us choose the right cooktop. And the installers did a great job with a difficult installation.

We had flooring installed in our downstairs office and living room. The professionals were very respectful and mindful of my home and things. Although I had a hard time contacting the Lowes flooring department to get my appointment date and to discuss my quote, I would still rate them fairly high.
