Their carpet installation (measurement team) DOES NOT CARE WHAT TIME YOU SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT. They will change it the night before or morning of, DESPITE it NOT being convenient for the customer. WHO DOES THIS? Who rearranges an appointment the night before or morning of? No, it does Not work that way. People have to take off of work or arrange for kids to be picked up or any other number of responsibilities. When I called to complain they were literally like "Oh well, logistically it works for us, so.. " she DID mention it was their number 1 complaint. I just want to mention that there are hundreds of carpet installation companies out there... we will never use Lowes again for any of my Brokerage or agent or customer installs. This is YOUR fault Lowes, not mine as I was made to feel TWICE before hanging up on two different calls to let them know no one would be home. People have work, lives and school. This is RIDICULOUS. STAY AWAY FROM LOWES CARPET INSTALL. THEY ARE VERY, VERY, VERY INCONSIDERATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. It does not matter how much you tell the IN STORE rep that you need an afternoon window, they WILL change it. There is ZERO communication.

I had my flooring replaced in my bathroom. The personnel was very helpful and knowledgeable. The installers did a great job. Looks excellent.

Katherine from Lowe's designed my recently renovated kitchen. She was amazingly knowledgeable and professional. Katherine gave personal attention to color, contrast and style of the cabinetry I would want. She thought of things both my husband and I wouldn't have come up with (and up to this we have been do it yourselfers for a while). From start to finish Katherine had excellent design when it came to making a new footprint for my kitchen as well as creating an over 10' island work in a moderate size kitchen. She worked with me on giving tips and always impressed us with her patience and great attitude. I always felt she truly cared about a job well done and would go back to her for all my remodeling needs. She was just amazing.
