We have used Mark twice in the last 12 years to update and refurbish our wood floors and to install new flooring on the main level of our home. It has been a pleasure working with Mark David and company. Everyone is always very respectful, willing to listen to concerns, answer questions and keep us informed on the time of the project. Our floors are original for our older home (early 1900's) and they dearly needed care, which was completed with great care. We are nearing the completion of the project and I have to say I will miss the friendliness of Mark David.
