Marley & Company Inc.

Frankly, poor quality, nice people. Simply they were not good enough. I should of read their reviews... I don't like to bash folks but I simply had to let them go. My own fault for using them so I am the one responsible.

I was extremely disappointed with Marley & Co. They did not show up for our first scheduled appointment and blamed it on a lack of communication in their office. They misrepresented their credentials claiming that they have a certified designer on staff (this was the case several years ago, but the designer is no longer with the company). The reference list was outdated. The references I spoke with had worked with the company at least 5 years prior and used the designer that was not longer employed with Marley. The remaining references never returned my calls. The last straw was when their estimate turned out to be wrong by around $10,000. After so many disappointments we decided to stop working with Marley and asked for a portion of our deposit back because their were so many mistakes made on their part. They refused. We ended up finishing the job with another contractor and received a kitchen identical to the one Marley was promising for a fraction of their price. I regret not following my gut after that first missed appointment and dealing with them at all.
