Came in to “fix” a humm project after a tiny closet wall was removed to help make lake cottage bedroom more functional to “age in place.” Her designs were with kitchen pantries designed to super maximize storage of clothing (dressers removed) and other things a small cottage has no space for. She made it super bright, sleek, created open design by windows, and finishes like bulking up toe kick so it does not look like a misplaced kitchen. The desk area is so ample in size and “usable” so much that it is used daily. The elegant finishing touch was quartz counters including a inexpensive Cpap night stand to bring the cohesiveness to the whole design. So much storage I have several cabinets empty. She was on point, efficient, communicated as I wanted by text, met all deadlines and worked with my limited income budget. She is one of the best I have dealt with. The bedroom is functional, open enough if I need assistive devices, and FUN to be in. 5 star quality.

Pam did a great job for us. We were moving into a new house and needed ideas for a kitchen, laundry room, and three bathrooms. I couldn’t believe how fast she did the design and the renditions. It all came out just perfect. All five rooms look beautiful.

This sales lady needs a class in customer relations....We ordered a new bathroom in mid March from this person and here it is almost mid July and no shower enclosure in sight.....Always an excuse that someone dropped the ball....The install date was change many times and our schedule was bounced around for months.....She never returns calls unless you call her...She will never update you on the status of your order....Totally a bad place to buy your remodeling supplies or needs....I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you have many months to wait??

Pam is very patient, very professional and provides good follow through! She very creatively re-designed our kitchen layout so that it was both practical and unique.

We recently moved to Michigan from out of state, so we had no idea where to go for a kitchen remodel. We relied on referrals, recommendations and research done on the internet. During our first meeting, she stated that she could be as competitive as the “big box” stores—and she was. Once the design was agreed to, she provided quotes and computer renderings of the project. The construction phase was done by craftsmen, each working their trade to provide us, the customer, with what would work best. The workmanship, cabinets and quartz counters were of the highest quality. Obviously, we are very pleased with the outcome. We strongly recommend Pam. With the other vendors, we received quotes and installation. With the Kitchen Shop, Pam brought a whole new level of creativity, ideas, products and options.
