Rick from Paul's Quality Kitchens is probably one of the very few mom and pop kitchen designer showrooms around. His attention to detail and personal service is second to none! I am from the Fall River area and purchased a second home in Florida. We chose our kitchen with Rick and he had it all shipped to us in Florida. I had some minor shipping issues that were out of his control and he did everything in his power (even on his vacation and when the shop was closed) to help facilitate my cabinet arrival. Rick was a pleasure to deal with and stands behind everything he sells and represents. I cannot say enough good about him and his store. Thank you Rick.
