I was formally trained in the field of Architecture, but much of my background is derived from experience working in the building trades. From preliminary consultations and zoning analysis, to schematic design and project administration, Peaslee Architect, P.C. will represent an owner's best interests throughout the design and construction process. Peaslee's unique blend of knowledge and experience provides visions with layers of design opportunities, together with abilities to focus on the elements of detailing. These are vital links among form, function and aesthetics. Stuart helped guide me through a large first time construction project, both from an architectural standpoint as well as a construction/contractor standpoint. He is creative, resourceful, practical and most important a fantastic collaborator that makes the difficult process of building much easier. In addition to the large construction project, he also helped on smaller projects which included designing, sourcing and building a new storefront at our cinema in Williamsburg. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

We hired Stuart to renovate our kitchen in our NY apartment and gave him pretty much free reign since we live in Boston and weren't able to supervise closely. He did a wonderful job - we comment every time we are in New York about how fortunate we were to find him. He listened to what we wanted, suggested extra touches we wouldn't have thought of - and the outcome was perfect. Recommend him highly.
