Janis coordinated our entire kitchen and bath remodel of an 800 square foot one bedroom condominium in Long Beach. Both room were taken right down to the studs and completely redone. We had specific ideas in order to maximize space and achieve our desired look. Janis understood our requirements, tastes and budget and pulled everything together. Most of the appliances we specified were special order which was not a problem. All of the materials, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, etc. were on site before the contractors started. There was an issue with tile from two different lots that didn't match and Janis chose a perfect replacement. The best thing about the project was that there were no surprises. No budget over runs, no last minute changes or compromises, just the kitchen and bath that we visualized

Janis was attentive, organized and immediately responded to all of my inquiries concerning my kitchen remodel. She has excellent follow through and I am planning to schedule a bathroom remodel with her in the near future!
